Trail Conditions Updates
With the snow yesterday, our groomers were able to go out on the trails this morning. The A Trail to the gravel pit and swamp has been groomed and tracked. It is in excellent condition for skate and classic skiing.
Any low lying areas were too wet for grooming.
Get out and enjoy the trails while it lasts!
Classic and skate ski trails are in poor condition. Both are hard packed with some icy and bare spots.
Snowshoe trails are in fair condition. They are hard packed granular with some bare spots.
Rentals will be closed this weekend.
Let‘s hope for some fresh snow to renew the trails!
Skiing conditions are fair to poor, with several ice patches and minimal tracking. Snowshoeing conditions will be good with hard packed and icy conditions. Conditions will improve in the next few days, as milder temperatures arrive.
Rentals will be open this weekend from 10am to 4pm with the last rental at 2:45pm.
Due to the extreme mild temperatures and rain, the ski and snowshoe trails will be closed until further notice to help protect the base. Thank you for your understanding.
The A Trail was groomed and track set today south to the powerlines and north to the gravel pit. As of 3pm today, the skate ski lane was in very good condition and the classic lanes on the A Trail were in fair to good condtion with some icy patches.
Trails B, C and D remain in very good condition.
All snowshoe trails remain in excellent condition.
